Lucy Lambert

Lucy has loved to sing for all her life, studying the great vocalists of jazz music such as Billie Holiday, Ella Fitzgerald and Chet Baker. She performs as a lead singer for several different bands throughout Mexico and Europe.

Her singing style is influenced by her love for traditional jazz music, romantic ballads and hot jazz. She has spent the last several years performing as a singer and pianist in festivals including Vancouver International Jazz Festival, Marciac OFF Jazz Festival in South France, and jazz clubs, restaurants and hotels in London, Paris, Mexico, and Vancouver, including Rosewood Hotel Georgia.

This winter she spent six months gigging in the Mexican Caribbean performing in Beach clubs where she produced and sang on a new album of Bossa Nova and Son Cubano Latin jazz, out later this year!

She is available for hire as a jazz singer or session musician for jazz and folk recordings.
